Taholah Stages
From Seattle or Portland take I-5 to Olympia exit 104. Go west toward the coast for 50 miles. Follow the main road straight through Aberdeen and Hoquiam. Approx. 5 mi. North of Hoquiam look for signs to Copalis Crossing/Pacific Beach. Turn left and go approx. 20 miles, through Copalis Crossing to Pacific Beach. In Pacific Beach, turn right on Hwy 109, drive North through Moclips to the Quinault Indian Reservation. Please do not exceed the posted speed limits or transport or consume alcoholic beverages on the Quinault Reservation.

From Taholah, continue north across the Quinault River bridge, follow the gravel road for less than a mile to the start of the stage. Plan to arrive by 12:30 PM, Safety Marshals will direct you to a right turn. Follow the stage for approx. 3 mi to the spectator area. The first mile of this road is rough, reasonable vehicle ground clearance is strongly recommended. The spectator area is on the stage road, cars will run past 3 times. The first car will start this stage at 1:36, after the first pass, the cars will regroup and run the stage again, starting at 2:39. The third run will be made in the reverse direction starting at 4:12. You will not be allowed to leave until all rally cars and sweep vehicles haves passed. Remember to dress warmly, pack rain gear, food and water, but no alcoholic beverages.

Directions to the Aberdeen Start: From Seattle or Portland take I-5 to Olympia exit 104 Drive west toward the coast for 50 miles. Follow the signs to Aberdeen. In Aberdeen, turn left two blocks after you pass America’s Best Value Inn Motel.  Turn left onto Heron.  Rally cars and crews can be viewed at the Olympic Inn Motel while they prepare to leave at 8:40 A.M. for the Blue Slough Stage.

Stage 1: (Blue Slough Road)
Take Hwy 12 to Montesano. Exit the freeway and drive south on Hwy 107. Approximately 4 mi, pass the Blue Slough Road intersection. There is NO PARKING on Blue Sough Rd. Go one mile and turn right on the Weyco Haul Rd. This road is parallel to and above the stage road, with some clear cut areas near mid-stage. Plan to arrive by 8:00 am for best viewing locations. Cars will start this stage at 9:00 for the first run and 9:53 for the second run.

Stage 2 and 3: (Pico)
From Montesano, drive north on Main to Pioneer Ave. (From Aberdeen take the Devonshire Rd. exit, turn left, and proceed to Pioneer). Turn left on Pioneer and drive west to the Wynooche Valley Rd.

Turn Right on Wynooche Valley Rd. in approx ½ mi, turn right on Clearview Drive. (Note: if you reach Val Vista Rd, you've gone too far!) Follow Clearview Dr. to the stage entrance, follow directions of spectator marshals. No entry to this area will be allowed after 9:45 A.M. The stage starts at 10:36, and runs in the reverse direction at 11.59 P.M.

Directions to Stage 4 & 7, (Brooklyn)
From Seattle take I-5 to Olympia exit 104. Take Hwy 101, then Hwy 8 West. Exit the freeway at Elma, drive south on Hwy 12 to Porter, turn right and cross the Chehalis River. Less than ½ mi turn left on South Bank Rd. Approx 15 mi, turn right on Gerrard Cr. Rd. (well marked) and follow signs to Brooklyn. Approx 3 mi, bear right onto the Oakville-Brooklyn Rd, follow the road until pavement ends (stage start). Follow spectator marshal directions; drive 5 mi to a clear cut with lots of road parking and great views of the stage.

From Montesano, you can reach the west end of the Oakville-Brooklyn Rd by going south on Hwy 107, turn left on Hwy 101, pass Artic, cross bridge, turn left onto the North River Rd. Drive 20 mi, until you reach the stage. Follow directions of the spectator marshal, drive 2 mi to area. Be in place by 1:45 P.M. Rally cars start at 2:35, running west towards Brooklyn. Be in place by 4:00 P.M. for the second running of this stage, (towards Oakville) rally cars start at 5:04.

Special Note:
The Doo Wop Rally Series was given permission to use this spectator area by Port Blakely Tree Farms with the following stipulations:
  1. No Open Fires! (contained barbecues permitted)
  2. Do not drive a motorized vehicle (for example: ATAV,SUV, Motorcycle, pickup, etc) off the established road.
  3. Do not dump used charcoal or any type of remains from contained BBQs
  4. Do not litter.
Please police yourself and others. We need the timber company's help and support for rally. Please treat their land with respect and follow their rules.
